Their solid pop, light weight and long life durability is mostly due to the hand working manufacturing of each deck. From the blank veneer sheets – imported from Canada – through the elimination of bad leaves, the gluing process and cutting films for silkscreen printing until varnishing of final product, the whole manufacturing process is executed by hand in the same workshop ! There We constantly control and adjust humidity and temperature in our production and storage room in order to guarantee the accurate moisture of the wood which preserves its natural flexibility and resistance. Nonetheless, the choice of the glue also is essential for pop and solidity. That's why we worked with a Swiss Manufacturer to develop the optimal glue which provides the best balance between strength & flexibility. The gluing by hand allows better penetration into the fibres. Our specially developed press system by compressed air improves the bonding quality and smoothes the even smallest natural differences of the wood, though without crushing the fiber. Just before it goes back to the conditioned storage room, we drill, trim and finish the boards by hand. Today, we may say that our products does have unique strength, consistency and superior quality to industrial mass products…. and 99% of our clients do approve…
